Brite-Lite resumes business operations April 13, 2020

Dear Customers,

Brite-Lite resumes business operations April 13, 2020 to provide our valued customers with access to essential products. Several new procedures have been introduced to protect everyone’s health and safety.

You have two options for placing your order:

  • By phone: 450-669-3803 or 1-800-489-2215
  • Through our web site. www.hydroponiX.com
  • If you do not know your log-in information, contact us and we will be happy to give you your coordinates.

    Orders may be shipped as usual by transport. If you are picking up an order, it must be placed ahead of time by phone or online. All accounts must be current. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, debit card or cheque. We do not currently accept CASH payments.

    For pick up service, allow at least one business day between placing and picking up an order. We will notify you when your order is ready. Call 450-669-3803 to let us know you have arrived. Your order will then be available from the loading dock or curbside at the warehouse door.

    If face-to-face interaction is necessary, use the store entrance adjacent to the main office doors. This space is organized so that all interactions are safe for both customers and staff. The facility and tools will be cleaned after each customer visit.

    All COVID-19 social distancing protocols must be respected both in the store and outside the warehouse entrance. Note that customers will not have access to our main entrance and offices or the interior of the warehouse.
